Choose an operator
A validator’s voting power combines its own stake with delegated OZONE. Review the operator’s commission and available performance information rather than choosing on promised returns.
Delegate OZONE to a validator, support block production and participate in the decisions that shape Ozone Chain. Understand the mechanics and risks before you sign.
Delegation assigns voting power to your chosen validator. Your coins remain yours, but staking introduces penalties and a release waiting period. Ownership does not mean the coins are immediately transferable.

Whitepaper v3.0 describes OZONE transaction fees distributed automatically every block to validators and delegators, in proportion to stake and uptime, with validator commission deducted.
Staked OZONE carries governance voting power. Delegators can vote directly on proposals or inherit their validator’s vote. Read the proposal before making a decision.
There is no fixed yield or guaranteed return. Fee activity, stake, uptime and commission affect distributions.
Double-signing can lead to stake being slashed and the validator removed. Extended downtime can trigger a smaller penalty and jailing. Delegated stake is exposed to those penalties.
Coins are released after an unbonding period. During that period they earn no rewards and may still be slashed for earlier misbehaviour. Confirm the current duration before delegating; this page does not state an unverified number.
Check the selected network, amount and transaction request in your wallet. Never share private keys or recovery phrases. Blockchain actions may be irreversible.
